No Return / No Exchange / No Refund

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under normal circumstances. All products are shipped exactly as displayed, with original product images provided for reference.

Exceptions (Eligible for Return)

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

1. Damaged Product

  • The product must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • An unboxing/opening video is mandatory as proof

2. Incorrect Product or Size Sent by Us

  • If you receive the wrong product or size

  • For size-related concerns, measurement proof will be required

Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, you will be required to manually ship the product to the address provided by us

  • After receiving the product, we will inspect it thoroughly

  • If approved, a refund will be processed accordingly

Important Notes

  • All products are true to size, so we recommend checking size details carefully before placing an order

  • Requests without proper proof (video/images/measurements) may not be accepted
